That is why we conduct annual Urine Drug Alcohol Test (UDAT) programmes for our staff and freelancers, especially during project duration. This ensures that our team members are free from any substance abuse that could impair their performance or endanger themselves or others. We take these tests seriously and we expect our staff and freelancers to comply with our policy. By doing so, we demonstrate our professionalism and responsibility to our clients and stakeholders.
Our UDAT programme consists of collecting urine samples from our staff and freelancers and sending them to a certified laboratory for analysis. The laboratory tests for the presence of various drugs and alcohol in the urine, such as cannabis, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, and ethanol. The results are then reported back to us within a few days. If any staff or freelancer tests positive for any substance, they are subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination of contract, suspension, or referral to a rehabilitation programme. By doing so, we demonstrate our professionalism and responsibility to our clients and stakeholders. We are proud to share that our latest UDAT programme was successfully completed with zero positive cases.
